The article is a review of the book The Language Animal: The Full Shape of the Human Linguistic Capacity by Charles Taylor, published in 2016. In this work, the Canadian philosopher focuses on language as an articulation of the relationship between man and reality,
reflecting on modern theories of language and seeking to reveal how in language reality not only acquires its signifier, but also expresses itself.
