The article deals with the book Čaks and Time by Silvija Radzobe (1950–2020) published by “Zinātne” at the end of 2021. It is dedicated to Aleksandrs Čaks — one of the most outstanding Latvian poets of all times, whose works are included in the canon of Latvian culture. Silvija Radzobe was one of the leading researchers of Čaks’ creative work in Latvia. Unfortunately, her extensive work was not completed, the author passed away after a short, severe illness. Silvia Radzobe’s daughter, theatre researcher Zane Radzobe (1984), who is the editor of the book, has great merit in publishing the book.
