Svetlana Jesiļevska

Dr. oec. Svetlana Jesiļevska is an expert in economics at the Latvian Council of Science, the author of several scientific publications, books and publications in the mass-media devoted to the methodological aspects of statistics on innovations and problems of the development of innovative companies in Latvia. In 2015, Svetlana Jesiļevska won a prize, in the competition of 35 researchers from 27 countries, for the study “Iterative method for reducing the impact of outlying data points: Ensuring data quality”. In the study, the author addresses the problem of ensuring the completeness of the data, so that they can be used for further processing. Svetlana Jesiļevska is the founder and chairman of the Board of the Eurointegration and economic development public unit, and consultant at the State Chancellery
