Dr. hist. Mārtiņš Mintaurs is deputy director of the Letonica and Baltic Centre of the National Library of Latvia (NLL), head of Aleksejs Apīnis’ Rare Books and Manuscripts Reading Room of the NLL, assistant professor of the Faculty of History and Philosophy, University of Latvia, member of the association ICOMOS Latvia. Research interests: cultural heritage theory, history of the protection of the architectural heritage, history of Latvia in the 19th and 20th centuries.
