Marina Levina

Mg. arch. Marina Levina is an architect, Assistant of the Head of the Department of Architecture of the National Heritage Board. For many years she has researched cultural heritage. A special research topic (represented in publications and books) is sacral architecture and art as well as Old Riga urban construction complex (she has worked as part of the Old Riga Regeneration Project Group). Since the 1980s, she has prepared descriptions of monuments for encyclopaedias including the latest National Encyclopaedia created by the Latvian National Library — www.enciklopedija.lv.
