Art, University of Latvia; Associate Professor at the University of Daugavpils. Co-author of the collective monographs Latvian Folkloristics in the Interwar Period in Latvian (2014) and in English (2017) and Collections of the University of Latvia at the Archives of Latvian Folklore (2019). Main research interests: history of folklore studies, Neopaganism, cultural heritage, regional folklore studies, urban folkloristics.
